Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of the parcel received date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personal items such as bralettes, swimwear, and Sale items cannot be refunded. All refunds will be determined by management on a case by case basis.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email customer care and we will provide instructions for any and all returns.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds or store credit are granted this will determined by management and you will be notified after inspection.
Item that are not in original condition, damaged or worn for any reasons will not be refunded and this will be disclosed upon receival.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after the delivery date will not be exchangeable and will be returned to sender / rejected and will be disclosed asap via phone call and email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund with 7-10 business days, contact your Financial Institution, as they maybe able to elaborate on your refund status and delays.
If you’ve done the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look futher into the matter.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, Sale items cannot be refunded. However, they can be exchanged for another item of equal value. Credit from the returned Sale item can also be applied to a new order.
EXCHANGES / RETURNS
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at email@example.com and customer care will follow up with email instructions for your return.
